Completely influenced by both the natural terrain of Sea Point and the neighbourhood itself, SIXTY6ONK is the fifth development launched by Blok. Embracing as much of the natural visual aesthetic that surrounds it, we’ve purposefully designed SIXTY6ONK to seamlessly incorporate its environment, bringing some of the outside, inside. A pure example of this is the imposing Ficus Tree that has been incorporated into the architecture, creating a ‘tree house’ feel when looking outwards from the apartments.
